[WIP] Hyboria Land Form

I switched to land form style for this map. The continent is huge and it makes symbols small. Basically this is 10 times the default size. I switched the bitmaps to 10 times the size. I have had to edit hatch files. Those are about 15 times the original size. Not sure if things look distinct enough on the symbols.
I am thinking of changing the water color a bit to give a sense of depth. Perhaps add a bezel as well to sink the lakes in.

Added some more. It is starting to look better. Still not quite sure about scale.
