Tool Bar Buttons

I started watching Ralf's most recent Live Stream and was struck by the number of buttons he has on his tool bar.
I own CC3+, DD2, SS1, SS2, and the WW II Atlas but my buttons seem to be restricted to CC3+, DD2, SS3, and the City Menu.
Not sure why the City Button is there and not SS2? I wonder how to get SS1 and the WW2 Atlas displayed and if I should have others?

SS1, SS2 and the annuals don't have buttons, but all the rest have. You should have a button for WW2IA.

If your buttons are not correct, you can try running the CC3MenuConfig.exe file in your CC3+ data directory. Note that when it runs, it completes silently (and quickly), so it may appear as not doing anything at all.
It doesn't look like it did anything. I thought it was the SS2 button that was displayed, but it is SS3. I would have thought it added the WW2IA but deleted CD3? CD3 is not on my registered products list.
Everyone have the CC3, DD3 and CD3 buttons, as both dungeon and city tools are included in the CC3+ base these days (Only the tools, you need the products to have the artwork, but the tools are very useful with artwork from other products, like SS4/5 or the annuals)
The WW2 button should be added as long as you have the WWII.mnu file in your data directory (which should be put there by the installer).
