clicking brings a pop-up dialog that I don't know what it Is

I've got a baffling dialog box that appears every time I click on my map though it doesn't do it when selecting an image to put onto the map. or when clicking anything from a menu item. I'll be attaching the .fcw on this and a sized down photo in the reply.
I honestly don't know what this pop-up does, or the key combo I must have hit.

With a few variations on the theme, those are the same as the selection options available in the right click menu.
But the way they are being presented is something I haven't seen before.
What happens if you shut down and reopen CC3?
This happens if in Tools -> Options, you deselect the "Select with right button context menu" option.
The reason it pops up when you click in your map is that clicking in your map without a command active will automatically repeat the last command, and if the option mentioned above is unset, this will pop up if the command require a selection.
I tried that, Sue. it still happened. I'll check if I accidentally activated the Tools -> Options setting, Remy.
