travellersectorimporter.dll missing issue when running updates

I am reinstalling the Campaign Cartographer 3+ on a new Windows 10 computer and ran into an issue. After I installed the Cosmographer 3+ and then went to install other updates I start getting an error message asking me to make sure I have access to the following location "C://program files (x86)/Profantasy/CC3Plus/travellersectorimporter.dll" and then gives me the options to abort, retry or ignore. When I try to retry it just keeps come up with the same error. If I hit ignore it continues to install and everything seems to work fine. I don't plan on importing traveller sector maps if that is what this is for but I should be able to if I wanted to do.

Any ideas on what I can do to correct this issue?

Problems updating a .dll file usually means that the file is in use by some process. Are you sure no instances of CC3+ was running during the update?

Rebooting the computer should in any case ensure that all file handles are released.
