Can't find Dungeon Designer button? [FIXED]

I've just installed CC3+ (v3.94) and DD3, and I'm trying to follow some tutorials. I can't find the Dungeon mode button that I think should be on this bar. I've tried uninstall/reinstalling, repairing the installation, etc. and it doesn't seem to have helped.

Does anyone have an idea of what to try?

Try installing the latest update. After doing that, if the buttons are still missing, manually run CC3MenuConfig.exe found in your CC3+ data directory.

I was already on the latest update as far as I can tell. Runnign CC3MenuConfig has given me the DD3 and CD3 buttons, so I guess this is fixed, thanks!
