Export trouble: Battlemap for Fantasy Grounds

Greetings all!
So, I've searched the forums and followed the advice I found as well as I can (this one in particular was helpful: Exporting to Battlemaps — ProFantasy Community Forum), but I'm still having trouble getting a battle map to work right.
To start with, I followed Ralf's instructions from a live mapping session in April 2020 (https://youtu.be/KuaI9EOsb7k). When finished, I exported the map but cannot get the 5' grid aligned in Fantasy Grounds.
First, I tried the default settings, which appeared as follows:
Then I started playing around with different settings - especially various pixel sizes - exporting, trying to align the grid in Fantasy Grounds. I've gone through >20 iterations and I just can't seem to get it right. I know it's user error, and I'm hoping someone is willing & able to help.
I've attached the FCW just in case.

Your map is 250 by 200 feet, so that is 50 by 40 squares. Each square in FG is 50 pixels by default, so should be 2500 by 2000 pixel export if my calculations are right
So...wow, of course that makes perfect sense.
As usual, the answer is staring me in the face and I'm looking right past it.
