Watabou Cities SVG to DXF Conversion

Has anyone found anything other than CloudConvert that creates a DXF file that can be properly imported? I've hit the conversion limit on CloudConvert (only did one map.. not sure how) and I've been trying to find another solution, but nothing else I've tried will create a DXF that even remotely looks correct when imported into CC3. I've tried a few different online tools as well as Inkscape.

As far as I am aware it is free to register with CloudConvert and just carry on as normal - if we're talking about the same source as is mentioned in the 2020 January CA issue. Ralf did a live stream, and ended up running into that barrier right in the middle of the live stream. He just registered and everything was fine.
Cool, thank you. Though it does make me curious if that service ever goes offline.
