What is your favorite annual?

There are 14, and if you count this year, 15 annuals available. I was curious as to what people's favorite annuals are and why.

There are so many good ones, but I still love the first year, which brought the Mercator Historical and John Speed City styles.
I will only know which one when I've found the time to try them all for myself.
I've browsed through them a couple times trying to decide what I would get first... including this years
Pretty sure it's gonna be this years.
That is a really hard question to answer; each years is so varied in terms of content. I must admit, I really do like the one with the Ancient Tombs dungeon style, it's just such a great style.
I don't have a favorite. I use whichever one I feel works for the map I want to make.
I agree with Jim. I like having plenty of options to choose from, and to try out. However, before I bought the full set of the back issues, I bought the first year's, primarily (at the time) for the Mercator Historical style, though I soon found I would get plenty of use from other issues that year as well.
My favourite is 2016, with 2007 and 2020 as equal second.
2016 - fantastic sea monsters; East Asian style, Hobbes archtecture, 3D tomb, Horror house (won a competition with that), and three fantastic overland styles which can be used together, finally a great underworld style.
2007 - Mercator, John Speed cities, Sarah Wroot style, Cathedral and Inn, with fantastic tutorial on building design (responsible for one of my best maps), early Modern city, and several good tutorials - connecting symbols and design your own style.
2020 - Watabou City style (does this annual need more), Ferraris style, Spectrum Overland, Ryecroft town, City cliffs, Serpentine city (create your own Venice) and Tagkrammer isometric.
If anyone asks which annuals to buy first, these are the ones i suggest.
