Downloading and installing a new purchase!?

Okay, this is a real newb question, but... I purchased Annual 1 I went through the process, and I have my order number and the serial for the software. But now I can't seem to download it and install it! I went to the 'Downloads' page of my profile put in the serial and clicked add only to get a message that says that serial is already registered to me. Problem is its not in my list of registered software to download! What am I missing, how do I do this?

You see the Annual listed in the Downloads section? Simply click the download button next to its entry and you'll see a list of all the available files for download.
EDIT: Sorry, I misread that, but when I check your account, I can see the Annual 2007 listed on the Downloads section. If you can't, which browser are you using? Can you try a different one?
If there isn't a product there listed as "Cartographer's Annual Vol. 1 (2007)", and the page won't allow you to add it yourself, then you will need to contact Technical Support on help[at]profantasy.com
'@' has a specific function on the forum here, so I left it out in the email address above where I exchanged it for '[at]'
The file did show up in my dl list. Guess it just took a while to update my profile. Sorry for bothering you. Thanks for your time.
