White Spline center line for my Road Tools... How do I get rid of it?

I am using CD3 right now on a map for a small village and I accidentally turned on or an bug crept up and has all my Smooth Spline based Road Tools adorned with a white center line, it is obviously the control point of the spline. How do I turn that off? I am sure its a option, but I have no idea how it got turned on.

You've probably turned on the frames. You can turn it off with Ctrl+F, or Tools -> Drawing Aids -> Toggle Frames
