Hey everyone, newbie here with a tech issue.
I got campaign cartographer and dungeon designer recently and am having an issue on the install. I was able to install each just fine, but it appeared that the dungeon designer 3 wouldn't open in the campaign cartographer program. I figured that uninstalling and reinstalling would fix the issue, but when I try and uninstall DD3 it returns an error message which I have attached below. Also after trying to uninstall I am also having issues with campaign cartographer and am returning the error "menu file not found".
Not even sure where to start on this problem lol.

Update campaign cartographer is now working fine, but I cannot get dungeon designer to uninstall so I can reinstall it properly.
I don't know why it isn't uninstalling, but you should be able to install it again in repair mode.
Don't forget to also reinstall the latest CC3 update afterwards.
You can reinstall, and select repair.
I've continue having problems with the installer, please send in a tech support request from your registraiton page, and I'll take a look at the problem.
