Character Artist 3 symbol creation

Hi, everyone.
I've been meaning to create my own symbols and symbols catalogs for CA3, and my first stop has been these video tutorials by Remy about the general process of creating symbols and catalogs. I'm interested in what would be the very high quality size for a CA3 image, in terms of pixels per foot. Has anyone given it a try and can help me with it?

I would be very interested in any symbols created for CA3+.
As a callout to ProFantasy, I would love to see CA done for fatter people, especially fatter faces, with jowls, and even sitting positions, especially semi-side on.
I have used asymmetric x,y to get fatter or thinner characters though, eg my characters in an Atlas submission. - Ice Peak Isle

You'll probably need warping symbol sections instead of assymetric scaling the whole item, so I'd suggest editing the symbols in a Photoshop-like software and then create a specific symbol set.
My idea is something simpler, mostly monochrome symbols, so let's see how it goes for me. I'll keep you all posted.
