For those who haven't explored them, they are brilliant to get insight into how to make this software really hum. Even if the specific topic isn't covering something you are intending to do right now or ever (or think that you already fully know), I can almost guarantee that you will learn things you might never have found out on your own that will be relevant to whatever you're mapping. Watching something done and hearing the thinking driving the processes is invaluable.
