Good Morning All!

I have finally found the time and place of the forums---? What an amazing resource---so glad I did.

I am a Molding and Tooling Engineer by trade---many years of 2D & 3D CAD, simulation, etc. Even though the "learning curve" of this software is spoken about regularly---to me it makes sense as this is how many 2D CAD systems operate.

Played D&D as a youngun and am teaching my kids how to play. When I started going and looking for maps as well as trying to make some with tools available nowdays---rememebred how much I loved the process of making maps and adventures...about as much as actually playing the game---maybe more sometimes.

Thanks you to all who have responded to my posts on facebook with answers to questions and feedback. It is very much appreciated. Look forward to spending more time in here as well now that I am here.
