Crop and Export a section of a map.

Hi folks

First post, so I apologies for any gaffes.

I've been working on a Huge Map for some months (I under-estimated my project), and it's finally coming to an end. However, there's a quirk that I need to focus on.

Without boring people with the details, I want to take a chunk of my map, export it into a new file (cropped), and do weird stuff to it.

But I can't for the life of me work out how to do this.

I'd be fine if it were a rectangular area. I'm sure there's a really obvious way to do this I plain haven't worked out yet, but I can see it.

Can anyone advise?

Ahh, I've seen this in the User Manual when I did a keyword search but wasn't able to fathom it.

Link above has also pointed to a youtube vid, hopefully that helps me more, as a visual person. :)
