White lines around smooth polys

I'm having an issue where smooth polys in CD, or for that matter roads and such, have white lines displayed around the perimeter. This map is drawn with the Modern City style, and this didn't used to happen until recent revisions.

Any help with making these go away would be appreciated.

These are frames (guidelines). You can toggle them with ctrl+F.
