Hi Folks,
Here is a WIP that is all but done. I'd like to try using the hatch fill pattern in a similar manner to political borders as I'm not quite happy with it as is; add a grid to the rooms only and change the background to one of Sue's parchments (with an Overlay, most likely, blend mode).
If that all works nicely, I'll send it to my publisher once I complete some other maps; a couple of overland maps and a city map to see if he likes the new 'style'. I used to do all my maps in photoshop but I am limited by a lack of drawing skill which is why after upgrading my Mac I decided to go the CC3+ route via the Humble Bundle (which was amazing value...).

I too have tried using photoshop for map making and just never got the hang of using it. It would take me hours to do one simple thing. Welcome to CC3+, where other artists give us the tools to make great maps.
