Basic editing of text - help!

This has got to be the most basic question, ever, but after not using CC3 for several years, I need to update some maps that I created. I've gotten myself caught up on how to do some things, but I cannot figure out how to edit text entities. I can't select individual existing text entities, so that I can update font, move, etc. I reviewed the docs, which seem to concentrate on creating new text. What obvious thing am I forgetting?

Click on the bottom of the text you want to edit.

The dialog will popup.

Edit your text.

Click okay when done.

Thanks! I have been able to make changes that way and will be able to get the job done. CC3 will slowly come back to me. :)

However ... it really seems to want to preferentially select contours. Other than hiding everything, is there a more sure way to select text entities and not contours?

If you use the Edit menu and pick Text->Edit text... whatever you pick that isn't text is totally ignored anyway.

Ah blessings upon you both! There's a typographical error in one of the FRIA that's been irritating the heck out of me!
