Annual Free Samples won't load

I installed CC3+ last week (never had CC3). I learned about the free annual samples and wanted to check them out.
When I launch the file to load, it says CC3+ is not installed. I double-checked, and indeed cc3+ is the current version installed (version 3.94).
Any suggestions?

I assume you got the sampler from this page, and that you downloaded it recently (Just making sure you don't have an old CC3 version of the sampler or anything)

Try the following
- run CC3+ at least once, then close it
- Re-install the latest update (even if you already have the latest version)
- Reboot your computer
- Try the installer again.

The update in particular calls a couple of things that often fix problems like these. It is generally always a good idea to run it when having issues.

If that still doesn't work, I suggest you contact Technical support using the form on your registered user page. They should be able to help you out, and if there should be some incompatibility in the installer, they'll love to figure that out so it can be fixed.
