I find round/organic shapes sometimes a hassle to work with and it's easier for VTTs, but you're right I should try more rounded shapes (maybe a YT-1300 freighter from Star Wars is a good candidate).

In the meantime I crunched out another deck plan, a mining ship from a scenario in the introductory box set.

I'm taking a break from making fantasy maps and decided to mess around with Cosmographer. As a test piece I recreated one of the Alternity ship deck plans.

Wow looks great so far, the neon style is cool!

I pretty much did what Loopysue said. I used the CDC3 Cyberpunk building style and only decreased the bevel size from 10 to 5. The districts are flat colored polygons on a sheet with Blend Mode: Multiply; opacity 60%.
