Hex map
Making Hex maps with "separate" themes: deserts, forests, mountains, etc. I got the idea of using these small maps to produce a whole map, divided into "zones", and making them one by one. I asked my brother to make shapes where the large Hexes connect to each other.
I dont know if make 19 Hexes like in the drawings above (example pattern below), or make them in packs of 7 Hexes for reasons of better fit.
What do you think about which image/pattern to work with? I still have no idea whether to use the white space in the center as an ocean and islands, or some kind of limbo and clouds.
Thank you very much.

[WIP] Spectrum Overland Waterfalls x 2
Sometimes, it is possible to make lakes and waterways with a little patience when fitting images of hills and mountains.
Spectrum Overland has sharper and more interesting shadows than Mike Schley for example, but on the other hand, it is very difficult to invert the images to have more possibilities of varying the scenery.

De Rust + Alyssa Faden clouds
@Royal Scribe HAh! Now I think I understand why they are different (mayne in shape?). Most of the images are on the same Symbols Sheet (mountains and clouds), since I was drawing mountains and icons one on top of the other.
Some mountains are covering clouds, and then being covered by other clouds on the same Sheet... and then more mountains. I'm attaching the file so you can see all this confusion better lol
P.S.: Forgot, The lighthouse light is Two images of Will O'wisp of Sue, varicolored in yellow tone. One behind more open and diffuse, and another the same image reduced and centered with the first.

Ideas for future Annuals
A Futuristic overland that communicates with Mike Schley to have even more scenario options would be fantastic. Even if this genre, at least in overland, is left in the background.
Futuristic, post-apocalyptic and science fiction would be very interesting, references similar to Moebius would will be wonderfull, as well as Enki Bilal, Katsuhiro Otomo, Alejandro Jodorowsky, Philippe Druillet, Sergio Toppi, François Schuiten, Hayao Miyazaki and many others.
Breaking out of the imprisoning chains of Dungeons and Dragons would not be bad at all.

The Curse of Sinkhole
In the heart of Stormy Point, where wind and hostile storms are a constant, lies Sinkhole, a vast crater with eternal flames licking the void. And its history is a tale of greed and punishment.
It all began with the discovery of a small mine by prospectors hungry for fortune. They spoke of a vein of metal so bright it blinded the eyes. They dug furiously, their tools biting into the rock as their souls sank into shadow. Then, on the thirteenth day, the earth answered them.
A roar split the air, and the ground gave way like a hungry mouth, swallowing men and their machinery. The ground shook, and from the newly created abyss burst red flames and a heat that tore the skin from the bones. The survivors fled, but they brought with them whispers of a curse: that the miners had pierced the heart of an ancient god, and now its fire would burn forever.
Locals tend to avoid Sinkhole. They swear that on the darkest nights, groans echo from the abyss, as if the spirits of the damned still roam the flames. No one dares approach. They say the fire is not just heat, but the very rancor of the earth. And in Sinkhole, the earth never forgets.

Community Atlas: South East FONLORN ARCHIPELAGO - FISHER ISLAND
Master Quenten assigned me a new zone (the part I chose) to map in the same area as Fisher Island in the Fonlorn Archipelago. I try to adapt the style according to the first maps of this region, using the new Ancient Realms Revisited + elements from Mike Schley.
Work in progress on the first Overland.
Cheers

Mapping to a friend - A Fenda (The Crack)
Of all the materials I tested, plastic plotter is the one that gave me the best results.
In addition to beautifying the table as a tablecloth, this material is resistant to drops, spilled liquid, ash and any other type of mess that may occur on the table during the game. And best of all, it can be cleaned with just a dry or damp cloth.
