  • WIP: Nargothrond: Really need advice, please

Hey all, thanks for the votes:

Here are some decisions I made. The first was when one of my players asked, simply: wait aren't these Noldor Elves? Are you sure they wouldn't have straight, perfecly made tunnels, corridors and the like?

A: No: Finrod was not of the House of Feanor and was a true artist. He would be much more aesthetically pleasing.

How many levels are there to this city?

    A: seven

Are you going to map them all?

A: No; unless they are needed.

You're OCD, are you sure about that?

A: Believe you me: yes, I am certain I will not map out seven levels

But it would be cool to see all those maps...

    A: Do it yourself

    Greets, fellow artists

Well, working on another map from my game world, Estonisch. Trying to keep it in a similar style to others for continuity. This one is giving me many hassles ๐Ÿ˜

Anyway, please critique. Can use all the help I can get...

    Still a lot to do...

  • Live Mapping: Houses and Streets

Fairly complex on some of the 'hidden features' of CD.

Ralf: This will seem rather arcane to you....if you haven't read the CD manual..."

    Me: ROFL! Busted...

    ๐Ÿ˜‚

Really, so much you can do with all this. If you just brainstorm...if only I could do <blah>!?

Chances are, CD and CC3+ can.

So, did I read right? You aren't using miniatures on your maps? BTW, awesome work. I wish I had the patience to draw out contours heh.
