I have already let Ralf know the link is broken, so further tech reports shouldn't be necessary at this point. Ralf will update the installer and let us know when it's available for re-download.

The location for anyone with a default installation on C, is:

My use case was different, Royal. I was making a style for Profantasy to sell, so it was clearly commercial.

Get a runic font anyway. You can use it to give you an idea of what the characters are - what shape you need to draw.
