Make a folder called User in the Bitmaps folder here:

C:\ProgramData\Profantasy\CC3Plus\Bitmaps

Then put your png fill style in that folder and import them using Import bitmap fill styles in the Tools menu. You should then be able to pick them in the Fill Style Properties dialog and use them as polygon fills.

I had one of those, but it died when Win 10 came along.
