I don't see the Mike Schley elven symbols in my downloads.
@Quenten - First, download the content from the files that come up when you log into your user account and click the Downloads tab. They are under your CC3+ registration.
When you install them and allow CC3 to start up at the end of the process you will see that they have been incorporated into the Structures catalogue for the style, which means they will have been added to the Structures folder (if you are looking for the actual png location). You don't need to do anything or modify the catalogues. All that is done for you.

Perspectives 3 - Log Fort
You don't do things by half!
It's taken me a couple of years to get where I am with making seamless textures for overland, city and dungeon maps, which are relatively easy to do compared to Per. Some seamless textures are easier to make than others. It depends a lot on the scale of the objects in the pattern, and the overall size of the tile. So for example a 3000 px seamless tile stands a far better chance of looking ok than a 1000 px tile of the same kind of thing.
I'm not sure I understand how you are going to use this texture over a large area if it doesn't tile.

SS4 Mike Schley style - "Dwarven" textures
The only place I can find such fills is the Cartographers Annual issue 94 - the 2014 annual.
The example map in that issue's folder shows the fills in use, and the Mapping Guide should also contain information, though I haven't had time to read it myself just yet.
You can find both those things here on your system:
