    Support Resources

Please be aware that this is a community support forum. While ProFantasy employees do read these discussions and may answer, official tech support is done through the Profantasy website. Please check out the FAQ and the Tech Support database for an answer to your problem before you post here.

Please search the forum before asking for help. A lot of the common issues have already been answered, and it is quicker to search for an answer rather than wait for someone to come along to answer your post.

Having said that, the user community does an excellent job at quick and efficient support. It is probably the quickest way to get help for normal issues. Many thanks to all our helpful users!

    Suggested Material

    • Read and follow CC3+ User Manual. You can open the pdf from the Help menu.
    • For individual command reference, check out the Windows help files available from within CC3+ (Help menu).
    • Watch the ProFantasy Livestreams on YouTube.

  • Adding cities to map

How large is your image (file size/resolution wise)? If it is indeed to large for it to be inserted into CC3+, I would probably reduce the resolution a bit rather than cut it up into parts. No need to overdo the quality since it is just for tracing.

You can keep a copy of the higher quality image on a different screen if you need to check a specific detail

  • Ruins

I like to use the Color Key effect to punch hole in walls, and combine that with scattering some rocks around. Similar to what I talked about in the ruined walls for perspectives blog, but with much simpler, since it is only in 2D.

Then follow Maidhc O Casains advice about exploding them. This gives you access to the text so you can edit it.

Unfortunately, this doesn't seem to be available any more. Maybe ProFantasy support has an old copy around they may be willing to send you if you ask them.
