  • What's your favourite overland style?

I am going to exclude top down styles.

So I use Schley mostly, but I don't think that should be the one because it already has so many symbols.

That leaves my next two equal favourites - Jon Roberts - but few too symbols for me to use often; and Spectrum - which could do with a heap more symbols, but it is alone in depicting grass covered hills and even mountains, which I really like. That is a big omission from Schley - hint to the monthly freebies from Schley

  • WIP: Bleakmoor Harrow - Continent of Estonisch

Oh, what a dill I was. I didn't realise you were being ironic. It is so sad - and stupid - what we are doing to the major forests of the world. And in a way, what you have done is good- it highlights what we have done to kill off this world.

Like the shallow sea contour better. there are still 2 texts which seem larger than the other sites - Mount Kroom, and oblesik of Nagini, though you may have important reasons for this, of course.

  • Best Map Style(s) for Creating a Set of Maps from Large Scale, to Medium, and then Small

I suspect that for large continental or world maps I will be using the upcoming Birdseye style being created by sue Daniels. For regional maps, I will nearly certainly stick with Mike Schley, and also for smaller maps. This is just what I will use, and I am sure many others have many different ideas.

  • My version of Lankhmar

I admit I have slowed down a bit - mainly because I am working on some commissions. But here is the Palace area completed, and more of the city building added, albeit not yet prettied up.
