When you are logged onto your account there's a tab called Support, which will generate a report to Technical Support if you use the form on that tab to report it. You should get assistance pretty quickly. PF support is notoriously speedy.

I think we both forgot that one.

But in our defense it was 2 years ago, and there have been nearly 100 shows since then.

It's probably a bit late to change it now that so many people have shown an interest over on FB today.

Take a look at the sheet effects in the Ferraris style. The sheet with the fields on it will probably have a blend mode set to multiply. You will need to copy that sheet effect across to the map you are making.

I use Sketchup Pro myself. Strange that this texture was so oddly marred. They are usually a lot better than that.

I guess the only thing to do, since I assume that they didn't get rid of any of the old symbols but just reorganised them and added more (major assumptions), is to install the new CSUAC and find the files then open the relevant catalogues and click on the ones you think should be in the map, then use Replace in the Symbol Manager.

But that does seem like quite a lot of messing around. Maybe TS have the answer.

@Calibre Do you only have access to FT3+?

FT3 is still working fine for the ODW purposes, but I don't know if people who have bought FT3+ recently also have access to FT3.

We are continuing to work on FT3+, so hopefully the issues that have cropped up will not be there for much longer.
