User artwork & CC3 or CC3+

All of a sudden I'm unable to use any user art in EITHER in CC3 or CC3+. I'm putting it in the right place, in the User folder, but every time I click on an image and place it on my map whichever CC I'm using closes, see screenshots.

I haven't seen this for CC3, but as for CC3+, there was a bug in Update 7 that could cause this. If you haven't already, I recommend you download and install update 8.

I have been running on Update 8, @Monsen, but am reinstalling it.
