Cartographers Annual issue 11 (Connecting Symbols)

In the pdf ralph mentions the tutorial for connecting symbols and has a link there. That link does not work anymore, so I was wondering if it is still available somewhere or if someone has it to share.

    Mark took all off this stuff offline a while ago because of licensing issues. Everything was released with the d20 logo, under the OGL, and with the release of D&D 4th edition, which replaced the OGL with the GSL, there were some potential problems, so they decided to take their released CC products offline.
    I don't know if anything will ever be made available again.

    I would not imagine that the tutorial would be covered by the GSL. It was more about CC2 than and D&D and symbols. So could not someone who had it share the tutorial itself.
