Good Font Manager?

My collection of fonts for mapping and other fantasy design work has grown to the point of becoming unmanageable. I figured that other mappers would have the same problem so thought I'd get your input before just buying something that "looked" good.

Does anyone use a font manager (for Windows) that you really like? What features does it have that you find useful? Is there anything about it that you don't like?

Hi Gerri - I use The Font Thing. It lets me see and preview all my fonts in one huge list as well as create collections of similar fonts (and fonts can belong to more than one collection) and see and preview them together as well. The only thing I don't like is that it doesn't always show/recognize certain non-TrueType fonts.
