How can I stop the program crashing when I choose Print Wizard
I'm not entirely sure what I'm doing wrong, however each time I press the button to enter the print wizard, the entire program crashes. I've seen nothing on the forums about this, so I'm assuming its soley a me issue.
Has anyone else heard of this happening? Thanks
Just an addition: This happens no matter what map I choose. Even if I start a fresh map, the program just crashes as soon as I press the button.
Additional details: I have installed the following.
Campaign Cartographer 3 Plus
Dungeon Designer 3
Symbol Set 5 - Cities of Schley
Tome of Ultimate Mapping v3 Plus
and World Builder's Compendium

Please can you try using Save as... in the File menu? You can use a range of different output options there from the Save as type: dropdown. I'm just interested to know if its all printing in general or just the Print Wizard.
I haven't tried printing, but going into the print menu itself doesn't cause any issues. I'm not sure what is actually in the print wizard, so that's why I attempted it, to see what options it provides.
I'm not having any problems printing a random map using the Print Wizard. Please can you upload your drawing file (.FCW) to the next comment so I can have a go at printing it on my PC?
It might be worth trying a reinstall of the latest CC3+ update. Just the update, not the app itself. If you haven't got it you should be able to download it from the top of your Downloads tab when you log into your Profantasy account.
It's every FCW, not just a singular one.
For example, I just created a Cities map type, used the first template, tried to open the print wizard and received a crash.
I've given this a go and I'm still receiving the crashes.
I'll try doing a full uninstall and reinstall, while installing it into a different location, just in case there's a weird permissions conflict going on. I'll edit my post with my results
The results: After installing ONLY the base Campaign Cartographer 3 Plus (latest version), the program will still crash when selecting Print Wizard.
This also occurs after relocating the folder to c:\CC3.
It's 100% my computer, so I'm not under any illusions that it's the softwares fault. Are there any crash-logs that I might be able to look through?
Since this is a universal problem rather than just one map, and trying the last update again didn't work, I recommend you ask for help from Tech Support, using the Support tab on your Profantasy Account page.
