Looking for Black and White Cities Pack
I find myself getting into City Designer and I'm looking for a simple printer-friendly Style Pack for me to use as I'm learning this program. Looking around I heard of the Black and White Cities pack included in The Cartographer's Annual Vol 4 ( https://www.profantasy.com/annual/2010/april10.html ). However, there was no means to download or access this pack that I know of. Any and all help in getting this pack will be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

If you own and have already installed the 2010 Cartographer's Annual it should already have been installed.
If you don't already own it you can purchase it by hitting the "Buy" button on this page:

I gave you the link to the Information page for that annual so you could check out what else is in the annual.
If you aren't sure if you already own the annual, check the download page when you log into your ProFantasy account.
I haven't had any annual packs in the download page, and while I'm grateful for the ability to buy an back annual individually, I might need to wait til I get the funds to buy it, I'm afraid.
Make sure you have checked the little box called "Send me the monthly newsletter email with any applicable offers" on your Profile tab, and check that your email address is correct. That way you may be able to get it at some point with an offer.
Black Friday is often also a good time to keep an eye on prices.
Also keep an eye out for Humble Dumble. I don't know if the next one will come out with the specific style you want, but they always offer a lot of stuff for a very reasonable price.
