I needed a city location for my players to meet a gnome who belongs to an organization that "acquires" unique and valuable "stuff". Might add a small kitchen in the lower left corner later but for now it's just a place to meet, drink and arrange contracts.

Why do gnomes get their own room?
They have a guild that uses the private room as their "guild hall". There are no gnomes in the City guard....

Interesting setup.
Some of the shadows look odd, especially those objects that don't currently have any - really low table in the middle of the floor, for instance!
It's also probably worth putting the chairs, benches and stools on a different Sheet to the tables, so the tables will cast a shadow on the seats, and the seats won't all have the same shadows as the tables.
Bit tough having to run outside every time to find a toilet, but maybe that's in the upstairs 😁
Depending on where it's located, it might be worth considering adding a fireplace to at least the main room?

Thanks DaltonSpence. I added the Jakes and a small fireplace to the main room. The world is a high magic environment, there are simple spells that can mask things like strong odors that are powered by ley lines.
The stairs go up, not down but I liek the idea of adding a basement with a kitchen as well
