Thank you -- Not my favorite form of arrow, but it will serve.
Now my next question is: How did you find that command?

Can't speak for pvernon, but at a guess, likely page 669 of the Tome of Ultimate Mapping, where the various War Arrow commands are displayed.

You can also draw basic arrows by right clicking the Line

button and selecting line with arrow.

The style can be set using Tools --> Set Properties --> Arrow Style
