I have an awesome DM who asked me today to help him with a map. He wanted a fixed up version of a broken building map he had. I wanted to share what I came up with.
The map looks pretty good, though I think you could possibly do with a glow effect on the WALLS sheet, or a Wall Shadow, Directional on the FLOORS sheet. Possibly both and mess around with the settings until the walls pop up from the rest of the map.
You might consider adding a smaller Wall Shadow, Directional to the SYMBOLS sheet, so that the items in the rooms cast shorter shadows and look more three dimensional.
If you want to make the whole building pop a nice Wall Shadow directional sheet effect on the floors sheet should do the trick. It will cast a shadow for the entire building, but only outside the building.
You could copy the one on the sheet the trees are on.

I struggled for ages trying to combine wall and window shadows with highly variable results.
