Watabou Mega-City of Thour (119,825 buildings!)
Here is the beginning of the biggest city I have ever done - with probably close to 1 million inhabitants.
I used the following address in the address line - you can change the Parameters, and delete if you want a random name.
http://fantasycities.watabou.ru/?size=12&seed=1060975055&hub=1&name=Thour&random=0&citadel=1&plaza=0&temple=0&walls=1&shantytown=1&river=1&coast=1&gates=6
Make sure your settings in Watabou are as follows:
If you press space bar, it will give you the number of buildings.
The settings for export as a SVG are as follows:
Style: Palette - color only.
Annotations - compass only
Thin lines should be checked
Buildings: You MUST select No Stroke. I also like Tight, No triangles and Complex
Towers - whatever you like - I chose round for this map.
Water - uncheck everything
Layout: Choose anything except Elevation and random.
First the Watabou map. The map as downloaded is just over 4 MB (reduced in size for this forum, of course), the SVG is 16.8 Mb and the DXF is 157 MB!
Let us see how I go!

One thing I notice about Watabou cities is that they have a few little quirks. You get the city, but you also get strange thick borders down either side of the river. Still, I suppose that's a minor problem to correct considering the amount of time it would have taken to draw the rest of it without this annual
I can see that I need to buy the annual.
I'm just waiting for the timing to be right - to see how much the tax man is going to sting me this month. I'd look a fool if I bought the annual and then discovered I was that much short of being able to pay my tax bill
My poor old laptop just couldn't handle this much.
I just haven't got the annual yet
