Hi all. Just posting a map for the first time (gulp!) So any advice that is constructive is most welcome. I struggled with the scale of the bitmap mountain terrain for a long time until I figured it out. It sure is helpful to have some completed sample maps to use as a reference. In any case, thanks in advance for helping me along with my mapping hobby.

Congratulations on a very fine first map - first public one on this forum anyway
The forum guidelines request that maps be no wider than 1024 pixels so they fit on a single screen when viewing the forum. There is also a 1.5MB limit on size. PPI doesn't matter. That's to do with printing them on a printer.
