Weird artifacts after using "change like draw tool"
Hello, Thanks for the help here, I've made huge strides in my project.
I have been making an Earth map based from FT3 data and imported it into CCW3+ map using the Mike Schley template.
That has worked pretty well, but there are some weird artifacts happening when I use the "change like draw tool".
It has made some spikes going up and down or left or right. I have circled them on the picture below.
If this were a jpeg, I would just edit out those parts in paint.net. Can I do something like that with CCW3+? I tried to erase them but nothing happened.
Thanks for any help.

Or delete the coastline completely and use Glow (outside) 66 colour and range and blur as you feel happy with - I would also use % of Drawings width. Ever since I have started that strategy, I have No more artefact.
But in general, you might want to look at reducing the output detail in FT3 (user a lower detail setting for your CC export). That will most likely also solve any problems with having the highly complex polygons and polylines crashing your system.
Ralf, That sounds like a good option as well. Is there a link to that method? I don't want to reduce the detail level because when I do, it makes things look weird. Britain looks like a blob, when you zoom in it looks unnatural.
I went through all of the boxes and nothing seems to get rid of the thick green border around the coastlines. Any idea what I'm doing wrong?
Thanks!
Ha! Perfect, thanks!
Shouldn't I have been able to just edit that sheet, though?
A followup- now I can use the glow effects to give the coastlines a beach effect, right?
Thank you!
