Diacritics

I'm having a slight issue with place names in CC3+ - certain diacritics, like the caron (Š) aren't displaying correctly in the "enter text" function. they come out as a bold vertical line if pasted or as the wrong letter - decimal code for Š is Alt+352, but it comes out as ' instead.

I'm no expert at diacritics, but maybe this is more to do with the font than the app?

Not all fonts have a full set of characters, so Alt+352 won't necessarily have the same result between fonts.

Which font is it that you are using?

The text entry dialog inCC3+ uses ASCII rather than Unicode, which means that characters above 255 won't display properly in the dialog or on your map.

Yes, I believe its to do with the font. I always use the copyright symbol on my maps but some fonts won't display it so I default to another font for the copyright.
