[Solved] Terrain is showing up as outline only

in Mapping with ProFantasy's Software
For some reason all except overland cc3 terrain is showing up as a only an outline. I never actually have seen it work on my laptop, my other install i think worked on my pc, but its been a couple years and only recently got back into cc3+. When i go into advanced and look at the fill style the bitmap appears blank even thought it has the proper name.

    This happens when you try to use drawing tools not designed for your current map style. The references these tools rely on is not present in your map, which is why they are blank. If you wish to use "foreign" tools, you need to import the fills from that style into your map first.
