White draw lines

New user here. I spent some time and created a small map to work with while learning the program and saved it. Came back the next day, opened the map, made a change or two and then noticed that I now had white draw lines on the map. The lines seem to show where I placed my points (draw lines) for any of the smoothed features on the map (rivers, roads, dikes, etc.) and even save to files so its not an artifact. I've searched through the help and much of the help present in this forum and was unable to find a solution, I assume its a tool of some sort that I've managed to enable without knowing. Small example forthcoming.

    Those are frames for the smooth entities. You've toggled the setting to show them instead of hiding them. It's useful when editing the entity, since the smoothed path can be a long way from the frame.

    To toggle them, either his Control-F, or menu option Tools>Drawing Aids>Toggle Frames
