Drawing walls outside the Grid line.
Is there a way to draw Walls so that that they run parallel to the grid line instead of down the middle? Example: I make a 10 x 10 square room and set the line to width to 1.5 and use the snap to grid. The Wall will run down the middle of the grid, overlapping a little over the top and the bottom and now my floor doesn't measure 10 ft x 10 ft.
Is there a way to get the wall to run the outside of the grid line?

1) Set up your snap grid so that you have a snap division every half wall width. Then you can just start the wall half a wall width outside the floor, and the snap should make it easy to keep drawing it like that
2) Draw your walls using polygons instead of lines/paths. There is no way to change the behavior of a line, when given a width, it will always widen to both sides of the centerline, but if you use polygons instead, you have exact control over the edges. Of course, it is slightly more work to draw the walls this way, but it do give you more control.
