a city i want to map is partly built into a sort of rocky ridge and cliff. will city mapper 3 let me draw this object, and would cc3 or cm3 be better for mapping the basically subterranean district?
I guess the answer is "it depends" It is difficult to envision exactly how your city will look. CD3 is designed to draw "regular" buildings of many shapes, but if what you are trying to draw aren't really buildings, then you might not get the desired results with CD3. Remember though that CD3 is an addon for CC3, which means that even when you draw a city with CD3, you still have the full potential of CC3 behind you. ProFantasy addons don't limit you, they just add to the available set of tools.
Drawing such a city might require you to use CC3's basic tools rather than predefined drawing tools however, to get what you want. But then again, you might find some nice drawing tools suited for your needs if you look around. Perhaps even DD3 have something you could use.
