Here is the beginning of another 1600 km square, containing my main adventure area, Mivlis and Gyarflags.

And here is the subregion of Mivlis - Gyarflags. Not yet finished - tree symbols and adventure areas to be done, then further subdivision.

Goodness! That's a lot of symbols. How long does it take you to make one of these maps?

I have a template for each section, and I copy a 1600 km square from my master map, then once that is complete (atbleast in the square I want to drill down into) I copy that to another template - all templates have their own effects style. The it takes about 6 hours work to finish 1 400 km square - but the present one I still have to add tree symbols, and other structures, and some more labels, so 2/3 done. In all, about 6-8 hours work for either a 1600 km or 400 km square. That's because I have the templates set up, and I am getting quicker at doing it.
