I have just done my second map. Also using the Overland Perspectives CC3 style, from issue 49 of the 2011 Cartographer's Annual (Vol. 5).
But this time I mainly used Herwin Wielink excellent map symbol library for most of the work and I threw in a hodgepodge of other symbols to fill in the gap.

Next up, I will begin studying how to create my own map symbols.
