CG October Mapping Challenge: Quest for the Zjed'Un Diamond

So I've started another mapping challenge, where I have to choose 5 words from a list, and map a quest. I have to use the words somehow in the map. So far in map I'm creating, I've used 6 words from a 30 word list, with the probability that I will use more.
My words are: Cave, hidden, gem (diamond), temple, gold(en), and port.
Here is my map so far

Does that help?
Thanks Storm. I have difficulty with unusual consonant combinations (unusual for English, that is)
Only thing I see that might be off is that the docks in the south look to be huge compared to the lakes and cities. It's OK if this is your intention. I sometimes make things bigger just to show that this is a port city, or a large town, etc.
I don't mind at all.
Issues I'm having, is how to make one edge of the parchment jagged, while the other three are straight...but I will figure that out.
Looking great so far! I can't wait to see what you do with it.
And the map title text is very difficult to read against the table.
The parchment you are using is the portrait orientation of "Mouse Parch 02", and it looks a bit funny because its stretched differently between x and y (hence the horizontal bias on the blurring) and only showing in relatively low resolution.
If you use the hi res one I sent you by email (the 4000 x 2500 px landscape version of the same parchment) and set the scale of the bitmap to one of the following sizes it should be fine. Pick whichever of these is the smallest pair of numbers that prevent the seam from showing in your parchment polygon:
x scale =...... y scale =
4000...........2500...(actual size)
2000...........1250...(half size)
1000...........625...(quarter size)
666.............417...(One sixth size)
500.............312...(One eighth size)
You will also need to right click the hourglass and set your Display Speed to Fixed resolution Very high Quality to force CC3 to show only the VH version of the fill, or it will look blurred and look not much better than a plain solid fill. If that doesn't work (and believe me the texture on this parchment is sharp) you will need to also check that the VH resolution of the fill is being used in the Fills dialogue - the name of the file that appears when you have the parchment selected as the fill should have the suffix "VH". If it says HI, just very carefully replace the HI letters with VH. Make sure you save the map before you do that, however, as I have crashed CC3 in the past a couple of times by doing it the proper way and going to find the VH file using the button next to the file name.
Hope that helps sort it out for you
The attached is a quick mock up of what to aim for. This map is 400 x 400 map units in size, and the scale of the parchment fill in this particular case is 666 x 417. The scale you will need to set yours at will very much depend on the size of your map in map units.
I added the city symbols at default scale (1) to give you an idea of the size of my CC3 map.
