CA Sheet order wont stick Head always covers eyes and hair (SOLOVED)

Every time I zoom in or out, save and load, try to print, or any other action the head moves to the top and covers the eyes and hair. Interesting the head appears on the symbol sheet and there is no head sheet.

What an I missing?

I am running CA Pro upgrade with CC3

    There is either the sheet for the head missing, or the head symbol doesn't have the correct sheet set.

    - Open the Symbol Manager and look for the head symbol. Select it and choose "Options" to see what sheet it is set to go on. If it is just SYMBOL*, change that to HEAD*.
    - Check the list of sheets to see whether it is indeed missing the sheet "HEAD". If it is, add it and move it to the correct position in the sheet list.
