Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts: Communication Design
Hi everyone,
Just a quick note:
When I graduated college in December 2016, I found out that I was missing some additional skill sets that were not part of my Marketing degree nor my MBA. I started another degree plan this month and a work study to get those missing skill sets. I will be getting a Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts: Communication Design and I will be doing a work study with the local Veterans hospital in their Public Relations / Marketing office. For those who do not know what Communication Design is, it boils down to being a Graphic Design degree. I am really looking forward to the next three years. Who knows, you may see the Charles Robinson Style in one of ProFantasy's Annuals someday. :-)

Wow, we all must be thinking of our future....i just registered for two classes at SUNY Stony Brook to finish up yet another degree, as well. This one a BS International Relations.....I cannot BELIEVE i am even considering this...but law school is a possibility - human rights focus, im thinking. The healthcare field is just too precarious - even as a nurse i am currently dealing with cut hours and potential job loss due to the insurance fallout of my illustrious governments failure to fix/improve health insurance for the US. So, even though people will always get sick and there is a need for nurses....problem is who is going to actually PAY them? So....yeah....me and my crusading patient advocacy i use daily in public health is thinking of taking it to the courthouses. I'm not sure there is a soapbox big enough for me out there
Best of luck on your newest endeavor Charles! I'm sure all the work on mapping will certainly help in this path. If i had an iota of tech capability i'd consider that same route But i've got a bigger mouth than talent, so, ya know
My own future-planning is currently limited to what I'm having for dinner tonight (I'm leaning toward beef and Rice-a-Roni).
Bet of luck to you as well Lorelei - I know you can do it! :-)
LoL! :-)
Lol! :-)
Giant Rat Barbecue! ;-)
I wish you guys best of luck.
Rice-a-Roni, man — it's the San Francisco treat!
Sheesh.
