Trimming Default Terrain
Hi all, first time poster and general newbie so I apologize if I failed to search adequately.
I read through the manual on Trim, but that seems to be limited to lines. What I am attempting to do is trim a polygon, specifically a default terrain type over the default landmass. I drew a beach over the edge of an island, and I want the sand terrain to cut off right at the edge of the main land mass.
How, please, would I do this?

I haven't used trim at all for anything, so I don't know if you can or cant use it for that purpose.
If I was trying to match one polygon exactly to its neighbour I would probably trace it with a drawing tool.
A perfect tutorial on how to do this was recorded by Dogtag, and is now listed under the tutorials in the sticky thread at the top of the forum page.
